Sanofi announced plans to close research operations in Toulouse at a meeting with 50 of the site’s employees, according to a Bloomberg report. The company also plans to end research at its Montpellier site. The closures would eliminate 800 jobs and will affect support functions and jobs at its Pasteur vaccine division.
